Gateway 2 & Early Design Support for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs)
For Higher-Risk Buildings, we provide specialist early design support to main contractors and clients under early design orders, specifically to assist with Gateway 2 submissions in accordance with the Building Safety Act. Our team develops coordinated façade design information aligned with the fire and life safety strategy, ensuring systems, interfaces and materials are fully considered at an early stage. We support the production and management of regulated design documentation, including Golden Thread information, helping dutyholders demonstrate compliance, reduce approval risk and progress confidently toward construction.
